Shipping policy
Shipping:
- Your product will be shipped within fifteen (15) business days of order placement. You will receive a notification with the tracking number immediately upon shipment, which should be active within 24 hours of shipment.
Packaging:
- Products will be packaged according to their fragility. Additional charges may apply.
Custom, Duties, and Taxes:
- Garmilla's Watches is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsability of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
- Garmilla's Watches is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
- We currently ship to the following countries: EEUU, Dominican Republic.
- Please note that shipping times for international orders may be longer due to customs clearance processes.
